I was born in a small town located in Huanggang, Hubei Province. It is called Baiguo(白果镇), which shares its name with a type of fruit. Over the years I have lived and worked in several cities around the world. Each stop along the way has granted me unique perspectives on how different cultures approach science, art, and the humanities.
